FR Par sa position médiane, un entre-deux se fait paradoxalement coupure ou lien. Il apparaît comme un mot générique désignant différents types de relations entre deux états : l’interstice, l’intervalle, le milieu, la transition, la continuité, l’alliance, la réunion, la relation, la jonction… un grand nombre de synonymes permettant de le préciser, de le contextualiser dans le temps, l’espace, dans le domaine émotionnel et comportemental. Mon travail plastique interroge ainsi l’entre-deux, à travers sa position relative à deux états ou en tant qu’état en soi. Le vivant, l’organique constituent plus particulièrement mon domaine d’investigation, que ce soit dans le rapport du corps à l’espace, du lien peau et apparence, dans la capacité réelle ou fantasmée de changer d’aspect, de muter.

EN Hovering between two extremes, a grey area is an in-between which is paradoxically cut off or linked up. It appears as a generic term designating different types of relations between two states: the interstice, the interval, the middle, the transition, the continuity, the alliance, the meeting, the relationship, the junc¬tion… The wide range of synonyms means it can be contextualised in time, in space and in the emotional and behavioural spheres. My plastic work thus questions the in-between, through its position in relation to two states or as a state in itself. My field of investigation covers mainly the living and thus the organic, wheth¬er in how the body relates to space, in the link between skin and aspect or in the actual or imaginary ability to change appearance, to mutate.
