FR Consciente des enjeux environnementaux et sensible au gaspillage alimentaire, je cherche à mettre mes compétences de médiatrice au profit d’un éveil des consciences sur nos manières de s’alimenter.

Notre production alimentaire représente presque la moitié du CO2 que nous rejetons dans l’atmosphère, alors chaque achat est un acte citoyen.

À destination des élèves de CP et CE1, l’outil pédagogique « Comment fait-on des frites ? » vise à mettre en parallèle les produits bruts et ceux transformés en donnant à voir les étapes de production des frites industrielles et des frites maison.
L’idée est de montrer qu’il est possible de consommer des produits bons pour la santé avec un impact moindre sur l’environnement.

EN Being aware of environmental issues and sensitive to food waste, I want to use my skills as a mediator in raising awareness of our ways of eating.

Our food production represents almost half of the CO2 we release into the atmosphere, so every purchase is a civic action.

My project “How do you make french fries?” is an educational tool for 6 to 8-year-olds comparing processed and products and their raw materials by showing all the stages of producing both industrial fries and homemade fries to demonstrate their impact on the environment. The aim is to show children that it is possible to consume healthy products with a lower impact on the environment.
