Au cours des 4 dernières années je me suis beaucoup intéressé à l’intersectionnalité de mes pratiques artistiques, et les influences qui s’exercent entre elles. Ma pratique encore nouvelle de la peinture et la liberté offerte par l’atelier ont complètement bouleversé ma manière d’envisager le dessin, et ma pratique bien plus ancienne du dessin a guidé mon apprentissage de la peinture. Mon travail est devenu un flux constant d’images unies par la volonté de découvrir de nouveaux moyens de m’exprimer et la peur de m’ennuyer. Peu importe la technique, mes productions cherchent à créer un lien émotionnel avec l’observateur·ice, une interprétation personnelle.

Over the past 4 years I have become deeply interested in the intersectionality of my artistic practices, and the influence they exert on each other. My burgeoning painting and the freedom the atelier offers have completely changed the way I approach drawing, while my old way of drawing set the path for how I learned to paint. My work has become a steady stream of images bound by a desire
to come up with new ways of expressing myself and the fear of boredom. Whatever the medium, my work sets out to create an emotional tie with the viewer, a personal interpretation.
