FR Dans mon travail artistique, je m’interroge sur les différentes manières de percevoir le temps, indissociables à la fiction, par le biais d’œuvres sonores et de manipulations d’archives. C’est un temps qui peut-être lointain ou proche, en mouvement ou figé, multiple, toujours fictif. Il est sans cesse interrogé à travers mes pièces :
Si notre perception du temps diffère selon les moments de notre vie, comment percevrions-nous le temps si nous étions dans la peau d’une entité totalement différente de nous ? Comment évoquer un temps passé tout en l’incluant dans le présent ?Comment se fier aux images et construire son histoire sur elles ?…
EN My artistic work leads me to question myself on the different ways, inextricably fictitious, of perceiving time, through creating sound works and adapting archives. Time here could be distant or near, moving or stationary, multiple but always fictitious. These questions are the thread that runs through my works.
If our perception of time changes from one part of our life to another, how would we perceive time if we inhabited the body of a totally different life form? How can we speak of a time in the past while including the present? How can a picture be trusted and a story built up through it ?
